Job description

Do you enjoy deep conversations about dinosaurs, glitter, and why the moon is following us?
Can you help with potty time, tie a shoe, and lead a dramatic reading of The Very Hungry Caterpillar — all before 10:00 AM?
If so, we may have your dream job.
We’re a warm, play-based early childhood program looking for a Part-Time Assistant Teacher to join our team of big-hearted humans who care deeply about small humans.
Your Daily Adventures May Include:
Building block towers (and gracefully accepting their destruction)
Comforting big feelings in tiny bodies
Singing songs you’ll have stuck in your head forever
Reading the same book 17 times with Oscar-worthy enthusiasm
Helping create a classroom where children feel safe, seen, and celebrated
You Might Be Our Person If:
You genuinely like children (we know, it sounds obvious — but it matters )
You have experience working with young children (ECE background a plus!)
You believe play is serious work
You can get on the floor… and get back up again
You’re reliable, warm, and communicate like the grown-up in the room
The Details:
Part-Time 20-30 hours/week and Full Time 
Located on Carpenter Road Ypsilanti/Ann Arbor Mi
Pay:$14-$17/hour
Must meet state licensing requirements (or be willing to)

Aren’t afraid of glitter
