Job description

We are seeking a Full-Time Clinical Therapist who is excited to make a real difference in the lives of youth and their families as part of our MST and FFT teams, through intensive, community-based therapy. Our therapists work closely with families in their homes, providing powerful interventions designed to strengthen relationships, improve outcomes, and keep youth successfully connected to their families and communities.
This role is ideal for clinicians who thrive in a collaborative environment, believe in the strength and resilience of families, and want to see the direct impact of their work every day.
What You'll Do
As a Clinical Therapist on our team, you will:
  • Maintain a manageable caseload of no more than 12 families
  • Provide home-based therapy to youth and families throughout the service area
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each family's needs
  • Work with youth who may be:
  • At risk of out-of-home placement
  • Experiencing significant behavioral challenges
  • Involved with the juvenile justice system
  • Collaborate with a supportive therapy team, including:
  • Weekly team meetings
  • Individual supervision
  • Help families access community resources and support services
  • Document case progress and communicate with relevant stakeholders
  • Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development
