This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. Our telehealth platform provides a user-friendly interface where you can conduct virtual counseling sessions, manage your caseload, and access essential tools and resources. • Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients using our secure telehealth platform.
• Independently manage your appointment schedule, facilitating continuity of care for your established clients.
• Complete thorough initial assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that address clients' unique mental health challenges.
• Stay current with best practices in mental health care and integrate them into your clinical approach.
• Collaborate with a network of mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive client support and multidisciplinary care when necessary.
• Utilize our integrated system to document client progress, track treatment outcomes, and manage case notes seamlessly.

As an LPC with Gotham Enterprises, you will primarily work with clients who have been pre-screened and assessed as stable, with low acuity mental health concerns. This demographic includes individuals from various backgrounds seeking assistance with anxiety, depression, stress management, life transitions, and other psychosocial challenges. • Must possess a Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related mental health field.
• Must hold an active LPC license in the state of Michigan. Note that we are unable to accept applications from interns or those requiring supervision.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective client interaction and case management.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions on your licensure is required.

• Previous experience in a telehealth or remote counseling role is advantageous, though not mandatory.
• Experience with client case management and treatment documentation in digital platforms.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and a proven track record of successful client outcomes.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $104,000, based on hours worked and experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a substantial sign-on bonus and the following benefits:
