Early Head Start Lead Teacher
$5,000 sign-on bonus

We are committed to providing high-quality child care and comprehensive education, health and well-being services to children from 6 weeks to 5 years. We are now hiring a Lead Teacher to join us in our mission of creating a warm and supportive environment where children and families can thrive.

Your role:

  • Partnering with families to develop child focused goals that meet individual needs.

  • Coordinating the daily operations of the classroom while supervising the activities of 1 or more staff members.

Qualifications:

  • Have an Infant/Toddler CDA or Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood (preferred).
  • Have experience working with children in a center-based setting; prior experience working with families and supervising others preferred.
  • Be willing to work flexible hours to meet families’ needs.
  • Immunized against MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) and TDaP (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis).
  • Must be able to pass a background check, to include DHHS and fingerprinting.
