This position is fully remote, providing you the flexibility to create your own schedule while fulfilling your therapeutic duties. Our practice operates Monday through Saturday, allowing you the freedom to choose the hours that best suit your lifestyle. Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities aimed at promoting mental health and facilitating positive outcomes for students:

• Conduct initial comprehensive psychosocial assessments for clients, including individuals, adolescents, and families, to identify their mental health needs.
• Provide timely and tailored intervention strategies, utilizing a range of evidence-based clinical social work techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address specific challenges faced by students.
• Engage in regular communication with interdisciplinary teams through documentation and collaborative meetings to ensure a holistic approach to each client’s treatment plan.
• Demonstrate expertise in addressing the psychological, social, and safety needs of a diverse client population, providing culturally competent care regardless of age.
• Manage a case load efficiently by coordinating with community resources and mental health professionals to deliver comprehensive care to assigned patients.
• Complete all required documentation ethically and in a timely manner, upholding the standards of our practice and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

You will primarily work with students in an outpatient school setting, offering support and counseling tailored to their unique circumstances. This may involve helping students cope with academic pressures, social challenges, family dynamics, or emotional issues. Your work will play a critical role in not only addressing mental health concerns but also in fostering an environment of emotional well-being and resilience within the educational community.

To be considered for this vital role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in providing mental health services.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams.
• A genuine passion for helping students and a commitment to advocating for their mental health needs.

While not mandatory, applicants with experience in school-based mental health services or with a focus on child and adolescent therapy will be at an advantage. Familiarity with educational systems and an understanding of the unique challenges faced by students are highly desired.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials. In addition to financial remuneration, our benefits package includes:
