Job Post: Lead Child Care Teacher at Explorations

Position: Lead Child Care Teacher (Infant to fours)

Location: Groveland, Florida

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

As a Lead Child Care Teacher at Explorations, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing the growth and development of children under your care. Your responsibilities will include:

- Planning and implementing age-appropriate educational activities that stimulate learning and creativity.

- Providing a nurturing and safe environment for children to learn and explore.

- Building positive and constructive relationships with the children and their families.

- Maintaining a clean and organized classroom conducive to learning.

- Observing and documenting the progress of each child, sharing insights with parents and supervisors as needed.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, applicants should meet the following requirements:

- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent (Child Development Associate (CDA) certification preferred).

- Previous experience in child care, early childhood education, or a related field.

- Demonstrated passion for working with children and fostering their growth and development.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues effectively.

- Ability to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages learning and creativity.

- Must pass a thorough background check and adhere to all state licensing requirements.
