Job Summary:
We’re looking for a dedicated and energetic child care Teaching Assistant to join our child care team! In this role, you’ll work alongside lead teachers to support classroom instruction, supervise children, and help create a warm, safe, and engaging learning environment. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about early childhood education, enjoys working with kids, and is eager to grow professionally

What You’ll Do:
  • Assist lead teachers with classroom activities and instruction
  • Provide individual and small group support to children
  • Supervise children in the classroom, on the playground, and during transitions
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom
  • Reinforce classroom routines and positive behavior
  • Communicate with families and staff as directed by the lead teacher
What We’re Looking For:
  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • Previous experience working with children (preferred)
  • A positive, energetic attitude and love for working with kids
  • Willingness to learn and grow as part of a team
  • Familiarity with child development and classroom safety practices
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
