Role Overview:

We are seeking two experienced Construction Superintendents to join our team. The ideal

candidate will have a valid NYC Superintendent Registration, a proven track record of managing

construction projects from start to finish, and demonstrated longevity with past employers.

Key Responsibilities:

● Oversee day-to-day field operations on assigned projects.

● Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.

● Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams.

● Maintain compliance with all NYC building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.

● Collaborate with Project Managers, architects, and engineers to resolve issues in real time.

● Provide detailed reporting to the Chief Superintendent.

Qualifications:

● Valid NYC Superintendent Registration (required).

● 6–8 years of construction experience, with a clear history of managing entire projects from ground-up to completion.

● Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct teams and maintain productivity.

● Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

● Demonstrated career stability and professional commitment with prior employers.
