Position Summary:
The Senior Consultant ensures the accomplishment of Business Services Team standard work, including facilitation of annual staff and department level SMART objectives, workforce performance/potential analysis and planning, cascading the annual strategic plan & WIG(s), monthly dashboard monitoring and reporting as well as program management initiatives through the administration of the following major departments/strategies: Ownership of for profit business entities, support of Growth, Strategy & Execution programs, support of digital transformation strategies, facilitation of Master Campus Planning and co-ownership of real estate strategy with facilities executive.
The Senior Consultant is responsible for-profit entities including property management, Health Shop retail locations off main campus. This position will work with the VP, Growth & Execution (including, M&A, Innovation, Business Development, Strategy and Enterprise Portfolio Management Team) to identify, analyze, and determine feasibility of possible mergers and evaluate their potential impact on the corporation's growth and profitability. Support innovation framework activities and projects. This position will also work with senior leaders on internal and external business programming. Furthermore, position will identify and deliver asset enhancement initiatives to enhance asset and increase rental and capital value to assist meet the overall company objectives and growth.
This position will be a visible ambassador of the organization, requiring the ability to carry out advanced and confidential project work representing Emplify Health. This position is responsible for the development of long-term sustainable relationships and strategic plans involving Emplify Health, business, local and state governing agencies, local organizations and local economic development commissions. This position will collaborate with other departments, such as Population Health, Government Affairs, Hospital Operations and will partner closely with Legal and Finance on all business transactions.
What you'll do:
  • Team with Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer to manage people and culture change needed to implement enterprise-wide strategies using agile execution methodologies and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
    Work with departments outside business services & strategy to anticipate policy and procedure changes needed in their functions to support implementation of the strategic plan.
  • Support Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer manage intricacies of people & culture impact during system growth through business development, M&A, and Innovation efforts and initiatives.
  • Facilitate with Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer, the continuous improvement of Business Services & Strategy departments operating models to maximize internal customer service scores.
  • Create, with Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer, environment & culture changes needed to optimize staff's motivational quality.
  • Adheres to regular and predictable attendance.
  • Performs other job-related responsibilities as requested.

What you'll need:
  • Education: Bachelors degree required, MBA desired
  • Experience: 10-15 years of work experience that includes managing executive level relationships, system level facilitation, project, and program management. Artificial Intelligence (AI) user capabilities required.
