SRE Engineering, D.P.C. is a certified NYC/NYS M/WBE construction management firm seeking a qualified Hazmat/Environmental Inspector to join our team in Brooklyn.
✅ Required Qualifications:
• Valid BCI certification
• Valid HAZWOPER certification (40-hour minimum)
• Minimum 7 years of bridge or heavy civil construction inspection experience
• Experience on NYSDOT or NYCDOT bridge reconstruction/rehabilitation projects
• Familiarity with lead paint removal compliance, hazardous waste handling, and environmental monitoring
• Experience with soil sampling, air monitoring, and erosion/sediment control
• Knowledge of NYCDEP, NYSDEC, and NYC Parks environmental requirements preferred
