Job Title

The job duties include:

  • Providing a full scope of diagnostic radiology services for the radiology services.
  • Consulting, reporting the radiologic diagnostics examination, delivering interpretation of the study and the diagnoses of x-ray to the clinician.
  • Recommending and directing the care and treatment of the patient.
  • Obtaining consultation and providing referral, both within the department and with other medical elements.
  • Providing advice, professional opinions, and written technical studies and professional review upon request by the Chief, Department of Radiology in support of the various boards and committees.
  • Submitting diagnostic radiology reports.
  • Providing training in the specialty of Diagnostic Radiology to other department physicians and medical students.
  • Supervising civilian employees assigned to radiology.
