You’re a systems-minded operator who loves turning chaos into clean, repeatable flow. In this role, you’ll design how our medical practices run—building the SOPs, workflows, and structure that allow the organization to scale smoothly.
Role Summary

The Operations Manager owns the execution and optimization of daily operations. You focus on documenting workflows, implementing systems, coordinating projects, and ensuring teams execute consistently against established priorities.  This position will evolve into COO/CEO role for the right candidate.

  • Map existing workflows and identify operational gaps
  • Design, document, and maintain SOPs across all core functions
  • Organize operational documentation and systems for accessibility and consistency
  • Translate leadership direction into project plans, timelines, and milestones
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution to move initiatives forward
  • Track operational KPIs and surface improvement opportunities
  • Ensure follow-through on tasks, projects, and priorities
  • Support implementation of new services, pricing, and internal processes
