Job description

Company Description
Blend360 is a premier data, AI, and marketing consulting firm that partners with the world's most ambitious organizations to turn complex challenges into competitive advantage. We sit at the intersection of deep analytical rigor and pragmatic business execution-helping Fortune 1000 companies and Private Equity-backed businesses unlock transformational value through data, technology, and human expertise.
Our Agentic Transformation practice is at the forefront of the next era of enterprise intelligence: embedding AI agents, autonomous workflows, and decision-layer automation into the core operating fabric of our clients' businesses. This is not experimentation-it is enterprise-scale transformation, and we are building the team to lead it.
Job Description
This is a once-in-a-generation leadership role for an executive who has lived through the defining technology transformations of the last two decades-ERP, cloud, digital, and data-and is now positioned to define what comes next: the Agentic enterprise.
As Senior Vice President of Agentic Transformation, you will be Blend360's most senior client-facing executive for this practice. You will own the non-technical consulting relationship across our Fortune 1000 and Private Equity client portfolio-leading the strategic framing, organizational readiness, executive alignment, and change management dimensions of complex, multi-year agentic transformation engagements.
You will not be writing code or architecting technical systems. You will be the executive who walks into a boardroom with a newly appointed CAIO or a skeptical CFO and earns the credibility and trust to shepherd their organization through a fundamental shift in how work gets done. You will translate Blend360's technical capabilities into business imperatives-and you will build the client relationships that define our firm's reputation in this market.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Client Leadership & Executive Engagement
  • Own senior-most consulting relationships with C-Suite executives (CEO, CFO, COO, CAIO, CTO) at Fortune 1000 and PE-portfolio clients across transformation engagements.
  • Serve as Blend360's trusted strategic advisor to client leadership-guiding them through the business case, organizational implications, and risk landscape of agentic adoption.
  • Lead executive steering committees, board-level briefings, and transformation governance forums on behalf of our clients.
  • Cultivate deep, multi-year relationships that expand Blend360's footprint within accounts and generate new opportunities through referral and reputation.

Transformation Strategy & Program Leadership
  • Lead the design and facilitation of Agentic Transformation roadmaps-defining the sequencing, business value, and organizational change required to move clients from current state to agentic maturity.
  • Frame transformation in terms of business outcomes: cost efficiency, revenue growth, competitive differentiation, risk reduction-not technology outputs.
  • Draw on deep institutional knowledge of prior technology transformation waves (ERP, cloud migration, digital, data/analytics) to contextualize what is different and what is the same about the agentic era.
  • Partner with Blend360's technical and delivery teams to ensure the business and organizational elements of transformation are integrated seamlessly into the overall program design and execution.

Organizational Readiness & Change Management
  • Assess and guide organizational readiness for agentic transformation-spanning culture, workforce, governance, operating model, and change capacity.
  • Help clients design the structures, roles, and accountability models needed to sustain agentic operating models beyond initial implementation.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and manage organizational resistance at senior levels, including navigating political dynamics within complex enterprises.
  • Translate technical complexity into clear, resonant narratives for non-technical executives and boards.

Practice & Market Development
  • Collaborate with Blend360's leadership team to evolve our Agentic Transformation service portfolio, methodologies, and go-to-market narrative.
  • Contribute to thought leadership-white papers, keynotes, executive roundtables-that positions Blend360 as the definitive partner for enterprise agentic transformation.
  • Support business development and proposal efforts, including executive-level presentations and solution framing for new client opportunities.
  • Mentor and develop consulting talent, codifying your hard-won transformation expertise into Blend360's institutional playbooks and frameworks.

Qualifications
Experience & Background
  • Partner Level Experience with top tier management consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Alix Partners, PWC etc.)
  • 20+ years of progressive consulting or senior advisory experience, with a significant portion spent leading large-scale technology transformation engagements at Fortune 1000 or equivalent organizations.
  • Proven track record of owning and growing C-Suite relationships in an advisory or consulting capacity-not just participating in them.
  • Deep, hands-on experience with at least two or more of the major enterprise transformation waves: ERP (SAP, Oracle), cloud migration, digital transformation, data/analytics modernization, or platform consolidation.
  • Demonstrable experience in Private Equity environments-either as an advisor to PE-portfolio companies during transformation programs or in an operating role within a PE-backed business.
  • Familiarity with the emerging agentic AI landscape-including enterprise AI agents, autonomous process orchestration, and the organizational implications of human-agent collaboration-sufficient to engage credibly with technically sophisticated clients and internal teams.

Leadership & Consulting Competencies
  • Commanding gravitas and credibility with CEOs, board members, and investor groups-particularly in ambiguous, high-stakes environments. Executive presence
  • The ability to translate technical complexity and organizational ambiguity into clear, compelling strategic narratives that drive executive alignment and decision-making. Strategic framing
  • A track record of building multi-year, trust-based relationships with senior clients that transcend individual engagements. Relationship depth
  • Experience guiding organizations through significant resistance, uncertainty, and disruption-with the empathy and tenacity to see transformations through. Change leadership
  • The ability to anchor all recommendations in financial impact and business value-not technology for its own sake. Business acumen
  • Comfort working in a matrix consulting environment, partnering with technical leads, delivery managers, and subject matter experts to drive integrated client outcomes. Collaborative execution

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
YEAR ONE
Trusted by 3-5 flagship clients; embedded in active transformation programs; Blend360's SVP voice at the C-Suite table.
YEAR TWO
Established as a market-recognized thought leader in agentic transformation; $15-25M in managed/influenced revenue; scaled playbooks adopted firm-wide.
ONGOING
Blend360 is the named partner of choice for agentic transformation among Fortune 1000 and PE clients; SVP is the reason clients renew, expand, and refer.
TEAM LEGACY
A generation of Blend360 consultants shaped by your frameworks, mentorship, and institutional knowledge of transformation excellence.
WHY BLEND360
This is not a role at a firm that is hoping to build an AI practice someday. Blend360 is already executing. We have active engagements, a growing client roster, and a technical delivery organization ready to execute on the strategies this SVP will define. What we are adding is the executive-level consulting gravity to match.
  • A seat at the leadership table of a high-growth, founder-led consulting firm with genuine market momentum.
  • The autonomy to shape Blend360's Agentic Transformation practice, methodology, and market positioning.
  • A world-class technical bench-data scientists, AI engineers, and solution architects-who will execute on the strategies you define.
  • Competitive total compensation commensurate with a senior executive consulting role, including performance incentives tied to client and practice growth.
  • The opportunity to define what enterprise agentic transformation looks like-and to do it with clients who are ready to move.
