Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Boca Raton, FL. The COO & Business Development professional will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that processes, teams, and resources are aligned with organizational goals. Responsibilities include leading operational planning, managing performance metrics, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency and service quality. The role also involves developing and executing business development strategies, identifying new markets and partnerships, and supporting revenue growth.
