Job description

Future Tech Enterprise, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced, global-minded Chief Operating Officer to lead enterprise-wide operations across a complex, technology-driven organization. The COO will be responsible for aligning strategy with execution, improving operational performance, scaling global business processes, and ensuring disciplined execution across regions, business units, and functional teams.
The ideal candidate must have served as a Chief Operating Officer for at least 5 years in the technology, IT services, enterprise solutions, systems integration, managed services, or closely related industry, and must have operated within a company generating more than $500 million in annual revenue.
This individual must also bring meaningful global operating experience, including responsibility for international teams, cross-border business operations, global customers, multinational delivery models, or operations spanning multiple countries or regions.
This is an on-site position at our Fort Lauderdale headquarters.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience serving as a Chief Operating Officer.
  • Prior COO or equivalent executive operating leadership experience within the technology, IT services, enterprise solutions, systems integration, managed services, digital transformation, or related industry.
  • Demonstrated experience working for or operating within a company with annual revenue exceeding $500 million.
  • Proven global leadership experience, including responsibility for operations across multiple countries, regions, or international markets.
  • Experience leading geographically distributed teams and managing cross-border business complexity.
  • Strong understanding of global operating models, international service delivery, regional compliance requirements, global customer support, vendor ecosystems, and multinational workforce management.
  • Demonstrated ability to standardize operations globally while adapting execution to local market needs.
  • Experience managing enterprise-scale operations, including P&L oversight, workforce planning, service delivery, operational transformation, and performance management.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, margin management, cost control, and executive-level reporting.
  • Ability to work effectively with the CEO, board members, investors, global customers, partners, and senior leadership teams.
Global Experience Requirement
The successful candidate must have a proven record of leading operations in a global or multinational environment. This includes experience with one or more of the following:
