What You'll Lead

Resident-Centered Operations

  • Oversee daily operations across all skilled nursing, rehabilitation, memory care, and long-term care facilities.

  • Establish systems that elevate resident experience, quality outcomes, and family satisfaction.

  • Ensure facilities consistently exceed regulatory and accreditation standards.

Building the Future of Senior Care

  • Lead modernization efforts including technology adoption, workforce innovation, and operational transformation.

Workforce Excellence
