Chief Executive Officer/- Transportation & Logistics

Location: Green Bay, WI Salary: $140,000-$200,000 DOE

Our client, a well-established transportation, logistics, and warehousing company with more than 20 years of success, is seeking an accomplished executive leader to help guide the organization's next chapter.

This is a unique opportunity for a respected transportation executive who wants to leave a lasting legacy.

We're seeking a respected transportation executive who has successfully led complex logistics organizations and is excited by the opportunity to help shape the next generation of leadership while building on an already strong foundation.

This role is less about making sweeping changes and more about sharing experience, strengthening operations, and ensuring a smooth succession for a company with an outstanding reputation.

What We're Looking For
  • 15+ years of executive leadership within transportation, logistics, trucking, warehousing, or supply chain
  • Proven experience leading transportation operations, strategic planning, and organizational growth
  • Strong understanding of trucking operations, logistics management, fleet operations, customer relationships, and warehousing
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop executive-level leaders
  • Financial and operational business acumen
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
  • Honest, trustworthy, humble, and respected leadership style
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Must currently reside in or be well-established in the Green Bay, Wisconsin area
