Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Leadership Officer to join our leadership team at Chick-fil-A Capital Crossing. This is a high-level leadership opportunity for someone who is passionate about developing other leaders, driving results, and helping build an organization prepared for continued growth.

Working closely alongside the Owner/Operator, the Chief Leadership Officer will help develop and align a strong team of Directors, strengthen leadership systems and accountability, and contribute to the strategic direction of an $11M+ restaurant. This position is ideal for a humble, driven leader who combines a genuine heart for people with strong business acumen and the ability to influence others.

Your Impact

  • Maintain a hands-on leadership presence in daily restaurant operations, working alongside the team and stepping into Front of House and Back of House operations as the business requires
  • Work a flexible schedule and oversee restaurant operations across varying dayparts, ensuring excellence in food safety, hospitality, speed of service, quality, and operational execution
  • Lead, coach, and develop a strong team of Directors across Front of House, Back of House, and Administrative functions
  • Build a healthy, high-performance leadership culture centered on humility, accountability, trust, and results
  • Develop leaders through intentional coaching, feedback, delegation, and individual development plans
  • Partner with the Owner/Operator and senior leadership team to establish priorities, solve business challenges, and execute long-term goals
