Construction Chief Estimator (Fort Lauderdale, FL)
Design-Build Commercial Construction

We are seeking an experienced Chief Estimator for a Design-Build and Owner's Representative commercial construction firm serving South Florida.

YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Develop conceptual budgets from limited information
  • Lead preconstruction from concept through GMP
  • Work directly with owners, architects, and consultants
  • Evaluate risk, constructability, and value engineering opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong subcontractor relationships
  • Operate independently with confidence and accountability

Projects range from approximately $10M to $75M and include ground-up commercial and specialty construction throughout South Florida.
