This is a senior leadership role responsible for defining the long-term vision, driving enterprise-wide adoption of data and AI capabilities, and building the technical foundation required to support advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and next-generation digital initiatives.
As the leader of a multi-level organization of managers and technical experts, you will oversee platform strategy, capability roadmaps, service delivery, and business outcomes while partnering closely with executive stakeholders to align platform investments with organizational priorities.
Define, communicate, and execute the enterprise strategy for a global Data & AI Platform while ensuring alignment with executive technology priorities.
Lead and develop a multi-level organization consisting of managers, architects, engineers, and technical specialists.
Drive enterprise-wide adoption of data and AI capabilities through strategic partnerships with business and technology stakeholders.
Build the foundational capabilities required to enable agentic AI, advanced analytics, machine learning, and future AI innovations.
Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to guide long-term platform evolution and innovation.
Champion operational excellence, service reliability, continuous improvement, and innovation across the platform ecosystem.
10+ years of experience in data, analytics, artificial intelligence, platform engineering, or related technology disciplines.
~5+ years of experience leading managers and multidisciplinary technical teams.
