As a OneStream Modeling Specialist Developer on the Business Finance team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining OneStream workforce planning solutions that support budget and finance business processes.

  • Design, develop, and maintain budget and finance business process modeling solutions using the OneStream platform
  • Translate complex business requirements from budget and finance stakeholders into tailored OneStream applications
  • Build and support data integration and automation capabilities that enable effective and user-friendly modeling solutions
  • Provide technical expertise in OneStream extensibility, advanced customization, and complex integrations across the solution environment
  • Mentor developers and resolve escalated technical issues to support solution quality, performance, and delivery

  • 3+ years of experience in similar EPM technology
  • 1+ years of foundational EPM development or configuration experience

Preferred:

  • Experience in relevant domains such as budgeting, planning, or federal programs
  • OneStream certification progress
  • Experience with similar EPM platforms that could accelerate the OneStream ramp-up

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $105,000 to $207,000.
