Chicken Cook Master/Pollero

$12-16/hr + tips

At Alpaca we are known for our unforgettable Peruvian rotisserie chicken. We are seeking an enthusiastic chicken master that must be responsible for the well handling of chicken, and ensure that it is up to standard.
Duties:
  • Keep up with the oven (checking oven temperature, loading oven with charcoal, cleaning oven)
  • Checking chicken temperature of chicken once it is out of the oven to ensure its proper cooking temp.
  • Must be able to follow production charts, fill out logs and keep track of chicken cooking time.
  • Organize and store chicken in its proper containers.
  • Must be able to communicate with FOH for any chicken needs.
