A growing health system in Northwest Indiana, just outside of Chicago, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join its expanding employed Urology program. This opportunity offers strong surgical volume, robotics access, excellent compensation, and the ability to help shape a growing practice within a highly desirable suburban Chicago market. $700K–$800K base salary + RVU production bonuses •
$50,000 Sign-On Bonus
