We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to join our dynamic team. As we continue rolling out ServiceNow across our entire firm, we require a seasoned professional who can administer, support and enhance our ITOM solution and CMDB integrations. The responsibility includes, but not limited to, managing and developing workflows, its related integrations, approvals, and notifications. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform system administration tasks, including system configurations, maintenance, upgrades, and performance monitoring.

  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, integrations, approvals, and notifications to meet business requirements.

  • Configure and manage user groups, roles, and licensing within the ServiceNow platform.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and process owners across various departments to gather requirements and ensure optimal system functionalities.

  • Provide technical guidance, support, documentation and training to end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of ServiceNow.

  • Ensure the highest levels of system security, reliability, and availability.

  • Owning and leading the support activities, including any necessary effort to resolution.

  • Continuously evaluate and implement new features and functionalities to improve service delivery quality.

  • Minimal, but occasional travel may be required for team meetings and professional development opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow, including System Administrator and Development/Implementation.

  • Experience in ServiceNow Administrator, aligned with ITOM and CMDB integrations, especially with the following modules:

    • CSM

    • ITSM

    • ITOM

    • Employee Center

    • Mobile Agent

  • Strong expertise in developing and managing workflows, approvals, and notifications within Service Now.

  • Showcase experience with ServiceNow Patch Upgrades and Instance Cloning.

  • Proficient in configuring and managing groups, roles, and licensing in ServiceNow.

  • Certified and current on ServiceNow's System Administrator (CSA). It will be validated.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and process owners across departments.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Experience in the legal industry is a plus.

  • Stronger Administrator experience is preferred.

  • Additional ServiceNow certification(s). i.e., Professional Application Developer, etc.

  • Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

  • Experience with Windows Server and Linux platforms.

  • Familiarity with server virtualization technologies and containerization.

  • Solid understanding of networking, security, and database management.

  • Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate closely as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Transparency Range:

Chicago: The anticipated full-time annualized salary range is $120,000 to $160,000. The salary offer will be contingent upon various factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, market data, job location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

New York: The anticipated full-time annualized salary range is $130,000 to $170,000. The salary offer will be contingent upon various factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, market data, job location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Washington, DC: The anticipated full-time annualized salary range is $125,000 to $165,000. The salary offer will be contingent upon various factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, market data, job location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
