Job Summary

Position Summary: Ensures the efficient operation of Chef's Counters, maintaining cleanliness, organization, and a high standard of service for guests.

Position Description:

Prepare the chef counter by arranging food items, utensils, chafing dishes, and serving utensils. They ensure all items are properly displayed, labeled, and presented according to business standards.

Monitor food levels and quality throughout an event, replenishing dishes as needed. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines during service.

Ensure chef's counter remains fully stocked with serving utensils, plates, and napkins as needed.

Assist with breakdown of the chef's counter by cleaning and sanitizing the area. Also assist with inventory record keeping as needed.

Collaborate with kitchen staff, servers, and other team members to address any issues promptly and maintain seamless service.

Preform other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
