The ideal candidate brings proven industry experience, a strong portfolio of shipped work, and the ability to collaborate closely with creative leadership in a live, iterative production environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Real-Time Mastery: Author and maintain clean, modular Unreal scenes using Master/Sub-Sequences and Level Streaming.
  • Infrastructure & Standards: Operate within Perforce-managed environments, adhering to version control and publishing standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams to ensure assets, materials, and lighting scale across multiple vehicles and productions.
  • Asset Pipeline: Utilize Maya for expert asset prep, scene setup, and pipeline integration.
  • Creative Execution: Partner with directors and producers to execute evolving briefs and provide artistic/technical guidance.
  • Production Agility: Operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with incomplete product data.
  • Scalability: Contribute to best practices for a scalable, multi-vehicle production pipeline.

What You Bring:

  • Automotive Expertise: Proven experience in high-end automotive, product, or cinematic visualization.
  • Advanced Unreal Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Sequencer, Lumen, path tracing, lighting, and rendering.

  • Pipeline Literacy: Experience working within version-controlled pipelines (Perforce preferred).
  • Artistic Eye: Strong grasp of lighting, composition, material realism, and cinematic storytelling.
  • Direct Review Experience: Proven ability to iterate with creative leadership in live review settings.

Even better if you bring:

  • Specialized Rendering: Familiarity with Substrate materials, advanced shading, and master material systems.
  • Optimization & Scale: Experience building scalable environments and reusable assets with a focus on real-time optimization.
  • Post-Production: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for final image polish and delivery.

  • We have a hybrid work schedule (4 days a week in office / 1 day from wherever your heart desires).
  • We're part of Publicis Groupe which is a huge global network, so there are many resources that come with that like Business Resource Groups for a variety of communities like Publicis Parents, VivaWomen, Egalite, etc.
  • We give back to our communities with our annual Day of Good and volunteer opportunities throughout the year.
  • We love to grow our talent and promote from within whenever possible, and we offer professional development trainings and regular structured performance reviews.
