Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Family Medicine Physician with CHI St. Vincent Medical Group at CHI St Vincent Primary Care - Morrilton, you will join an established practice in rural Arkansas! CHI St. Vincent Medical Group Little Rock is a physician-led and professionally managed integrated group practice and has an integrated model with 100+ providers who provide quality care for Morrilton and the surrounding communities.

In your practice at CHI St. Vincent Primary Care Morrilton, you will be part of a team that currently consists of 2 APPs, utilizing Epic EMR for streamlined workflow. You will have access to on-site X-Ray, and a moderate complexity lab, enabling comprehensive patient care. Living in Morrilton, Arkansas offers a unique blend of small-town charm and natural beauty, with easy access to outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, and camping at nearby Petit Jean State Park. The community is known for its friendly atmosphere, affordable cost of living, and quality local schools—perfect for families and individuals alike.

To be successful in this role, you will be a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine MD or DO with an Arkansas State Medical License, committed to providing high quality comprehensive care within a community focused practice. In your role, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive family medicine care in an established and expanding rural practice.
  • Work collaboratively with a team, currently including 2 Advanced Practice Providers.
  • Utilize integrated medical group resources and an integrated model with 100+ providers.
  • Benefit from an employed position offering top compensation.
  • Be eligible for Rural Health Grants and Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSFL).

$300,000 - $325,000 /year
