JOB TITLE: Retail Manager

PAY CLASS: Salary

JOB SUMMARY:

The Retail Manager will be responsible for overseeing the physical and e-commerce operations for a high-volume, seven-figure revenue generating retail business. The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of vendor logistics, retail fulfillment and product management. We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to lead and demonstrate a clear direction to financial success.

ESSENITAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Responsible for practicing, supporting and, promoting the Company Service Standards at all times.
  • Pulling inventory reports, invoicing, budgeting and, finding ways to optimize operations for efficiency.
  • Oversee the end-to-end e-commerce solutions, from marketing to transactions to delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct audits, and coordinate replenishment to ensure product availability.
  • Lead the overall strategy for sales execution and consumer relationship.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our merchants, marketing/retail teams and our customers.
  • Develop and implement customer-specific demand strategies.
  • Evaluate performance, promotional efficiency, and profitability of both physical and digital storefronts.
  • Review and improve operational workflows to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
  • Monitor competitive benchmarks to find opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure products are launched with outstanding content, imagery, and discoverability.
  • Drive adoption and velocity of innovation through targeted digital campaigns and customer programs.
  • Foster and maintain a desire for innovation, accountability, and continuous growth and development.
  • Ensure cohesive brand messaging across digital and in-person communication.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • 2-3 years of experience in professional physical retail and/or e-commerce sales management with a consistent track record of quantifiable results.
  • Knowledge of revenue metrics and attribution.
  • Experience with high-volume consumer products.
  • Hands-on experience with merchandising, product setup, promotions and performance reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively under time and resource constraints.
  • Must possess outstanding guest service skills.
