  • Location: Erlanger, Kentucky
  • Pay Rate: $19/hour
  • Shift: 1st Shift, Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm
Job Summary:
As a Cherry Picker Operator, you will play a pivotal role in warehouse operations, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and inventory management for our premier client. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate cherry pickers and forklifts for order picking and material movement.
  • Accurately pick products and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Band and strap pallets securely for transport.
  • Label and wrap pallets to maintain clear and organized shipments.
  • Comply with all safety protocols, including strict “no cell phones on the floor” policies.
  • Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any issues promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed daily productivity goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven experience operating cherry pickers and forklifts in a warehouse or distribution setting.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established guidelines.
  • Physical stamina and capability to lift, move, and carry items throughout the shift.
  • Reliable team player with excellent communication skills.
