A chemical manufacturing client is seeking an experienced Plant Site HSE / PSM Manager to drive safety, environmental, and process safety performance across operations. This role partners with site leadership to reduce risk, ensure compliance, and build a strong safety culture across complex manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:


-- Lead HSE/PSM strategy to reduce incidents and improve overall site performance
-- Ensure compliance with OSHA, PSM, Homeland Security, and HazMat regulations
-- Provide technical guidance and recommendations to senior leadership
-- Drive safety culture initiatives and continuous improvement programs
-- Oversee emergency response readiness and training programs
-- Lead audits, track findings, and ensure timely corrective actions
-- Manage and develop a multidisciplinary HSE/PSM team
-- Support sustainability goals and corporate safety initiatives

Qualifications:


-- BS in Environmental, Chemical Engineering, or related field with 10+ years Engineering/ EHS experience in Chemical / PSM regulated plants
