What You Bring and What Youll Do

  • You will provide an engaging and energetic experience to our guests by serving great food and creating a warm and hospitable environment. You will support opening and closing restaurants and, at the same time, be accountable for running a great shift. You will teach, mentor, and validate that the team members perform their positions according to company best practices. You will communicate with the General Manager and Assistant Managers regarding any operational or staffing issues that may arise before and after Managers are on site. You will lead by example!
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation. Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
  • Follow Plant Power operating policies and standards, including providing quality food and beverages, cash handling, and restaurant safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation.
