Job description

Starting pay is $20/Hr. GREAT CAREER OPPORTUNITY!!

Major job duties of the Operator include completing the entire chemical production process. Responsible for managing the work, equipment, and monitoring systems within the plant using written instructions. The position is a processing and production job. Operators are responsible for all chemical charging, reactor set up, mixing, synthesis, monitoring, processing, and packaging operations within the production area. Operators will be trained.

Basic Qualifications: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience/combined education, with additional specialized technical training equivalent to a technical Associate degree a plus. Ability to perform moderate physical work, and standing for sustained periods of time handling light to medium weights of raw and packaged materials Ability to plan and perform work of some complexity. Must obtain and maintain all required certifications/training through the company. Required (Prior to Start): Medical Screening and Cognitive Ability Testing.

Desired Skills: Solid work ethic. Basic computer skills. Reading comprehension skills Communication skills needed to support team-based work environment. Organizational skills Ability to follow written work instructions Experience working in a chemical manufacturing environment.
