About the Role - What You’ll Do
Chemical Operators support manufacturing, blending, and packaging operations to meet customer demands while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.
 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor mixing, blending, and packaging equipment
  • Load raw materials and manage chemical processes
  • Perform batch documentation, SAP labeling, and inventory scanning
  • Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE, including respirators
  • Conduct cleaning and changeovers, maintain housekeeping
  • Palletize, wrap, and stage finished goods for shipment
 
 
What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to work 12hour rotating shifts (days/nights, weekends, holidays, overtime)
  • Ability to regularly lift 55 lbs and occasionally lift up to 110 lbs
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, and perform physical tasks
  • Ability to wear a respirator and other PPE
  • Basic math skills
  • Fluent in English (reading and writing)
  • Ability to distinguish color
  • Must meet fittowork and pass employment physical
 
 
Work Environment:
Manufacturing/plant setting with exposure to chemicals, noise, and varying temperatures.
