Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

  • Responsible for qualification of all ECI products assuring successful process qualification of systems as per specifications.

  • Review and validate all chemical packages and qualification data.

  • Should data not pass qualification requirements escalate information decision to manager; create deviation report for approval.

  • Follow qualification plans and pre and post procedures.

  • Review, complete and verify documentation for chemical specifications; communicate revisions and changes.

  • Coordinate at configuration stage to ensure system correctly configured based on specific chemistry requirements.

  • Ensure all issues are NC properly and closed with solution and documentation is corrected.

  • Understand all the systems processes and apply the relevant metrology concept and techniques.

  • Independently troubleshoot the systems to complete the project in timely manner.

  • Taking ownership of the systems and complete within the due date.

  • Reviewing Data as per specifications, correcting Systems database for mismatches.

  • Mixing chemicals using different volumes and multiple types of chemistry as per procedure.

  • Performing all actions of job duties safely and maintain good housekeeping in working area and chemical mixing area.

  • Travel 5-10% if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure effective collaboration with other team members is crucial

  • Possess ability to multi-task different projects/reports, work independently and focus on details.

  • Experience in interpreting engineering diagrams for troubleshooting and identifying parts.

  • Experience in different chemical analytical techniques: Voltammetry, HPLC, ICP, Titration, etc.

  • Experience in chemical handling, interpreting SDS/MSDS and on job safety.

Work Schedule:

This role follows a rotating schedule to ensure consistent coverage while distributing responsibilities fairly across the team.

  • Day Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Late Shift: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM

Team members rotate into the late shift for one full week at a time, typically once every 3-4 weeks, so no one is permanently assigned to a late schedule.

In addition, weekend oncall coverage is shared among the team and generally occurs one weekend per month, as needed.

Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2+ years
