-will advance the capabilities of GaTSV, a classifier previously developed in our lab to distinguish germline from somatic SVs in samples without matched normals. -will incorporate new predictive features into the model and engineer the algorithm to be caller-agnostic, enabling compatibility with any individual or consensus SV caller.
