  • Familiarity with standard laboratory equipment and measurement techniques.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation purposes.
  • Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in chemical production or related fields.
  • Certification in workplace safety or first aid is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and mixing of chemical compounds under supervision, following established formulations and safety guidelines.
  • Support quality control activities by conducting routine tests and recording data to ensure product consistency and compliance.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions as directed.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop technical knowledge and practical skills relevant to fine chemical production.

Skills:

The required and preferred skills are applied daily to ensure precise and safe chemical production processes. Attention to detail is critical when measuring and mixing compounds to maintain product quality and consistency. Communication skills facilitate effective collaboration with supervisors and team members, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
