Job description

A-Line Staffing is now hiring Chemical Data Administrator in Boise, ID. The Chemical Data Administrator would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates. Chemical Data Administrator Highlights This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.

The required availability for this position is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Role is onsite in Boise, ID (4 days onsite initially with remote Fridays after training; full onsite expected beginning in September). Chemical Data Administrator Responsibilities Perform chemical data entry, cleanup, and auditing across SAP and chemical management systems Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance of chemical records within EHSS programs Identify, investigate, and correct data errors and inconsistencies Support Safety Data Sheet (SDS) management and chemical documentation processes Work with large datasets to maintain data integrity and consistency Assist with regulatory reporting, documentation, and compliance support Support system upgrades, reporting, and global chemical data coordination Participate in SAP-related processes, including data validation and migration support as needed Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support environmental, health, safety, and sustainability initiatives Provide general administrative and reporting support for chemical management programs Chemical Data Administrator Requirements Prior experience working with large datasets or data analysis required Strong Excel skills including calculations, data manipulation, and reporting High attention to detail with ability to identify and correct errors Strong organizational and documentation skills Ability to work independently in a structured, compliance-driven environment Ability to follow documented processes and manage repetitive but critical tasks High School Diploma or GED Chemical Data Administrator Preferred Qualifications Associate’s degree in a science-related field preferred Experience with chemical data, SDSs, or CAS numbers preferred Basic chemistry or lab exposure helpful but not required SAP or SAP EHSM experience preferred (trainable Experience in regulated, environmental, or compliance-based environments Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days.
