Job description

Summer Camp qualified residential Head Chef

(Seasonal) June 6th - August 18th (10 weeks) All Girls Summer Camp, located in the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire. If you have availability each summer, daughters who would like to attend an amazing camp free of charge, then this could be your ideal place to spend your summer.

We are looking for a dynamic Head Chef who ideally has experience or is newly qualified possessing strong leadership skills essential for  leading a team of 1 sous chef, 1 kitchen manager and 5 kitchen assistants. Preparation and cooking for 200 breakfast, lunch and dinner. Offering a healthy balanced menu catering for a variety of dietary requirements (Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten Free, Nut Free, Celiac) Food ordering will be required with an understanding of quantities and portion size.

Must be able to work in a busy environment, be flexible, resilient, have excellent communication and organizational skills, be a great team player and leader, be able to work under pressure and have proven experience to complete the assignment.

Ensure Health and Safety Compliance and  Cleanliness are to be a priority, working within the guidelines and regulations of the state of New Hampshire.

Camp will provide on-site private accommodation, minimum $10,000 salary depending on experience.
