  • S'assurer que les commandes sont entrees et verifiees selon les standards ISO;

  • Participer aux etapes de creation de materiel pour la partie ventes/marketing;
  • Preparer des rapports de ventes (hebdomadaire/mensuel);

Qualifications:

  • Baccalaureat en administration, en communication marketing ou tout domaine connexe;

About the position

Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sector Manager, Sales is responsible for managing customer orders and for leading, motivating, training, and evaluating the employees on their team.

Main responsibilities

  • Manage, motivate, train, and evaluate employees (team of two inside sales representatives);
  • Oversee customer order management (coordination with CPS, order entry, credit requests, transport planning and truck reservations, and direct communication with customers);
  • Ensure that orders are entered and verified according to ISO standards;
  • Handle sales complaints and implement corrective action plans (creation and management of credit/debit notes related to service or sales);
  • Participate in the creation of materials for sales and marketing activities;
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports;
  • Manage sales volume forecasting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing communications, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Strong attention to detail and autonomy;
  • Proficiency in spoken and written French and English;
  • The ideal candidate will be very comfortable with SAP and computer systems.
