We’re hiring a Head Chef to oversee kitchen operations at a thriving, high-volume restaurant in Langley, BC. As the Head Chef, you'll be responsible for leading a dedicated back-of-house team, overseeing food quality and execution, and bringing fresh ideas to the menu. You’ll play a hands-on role in daily kitchen operations while mentoring your team to uphold high standards of consistency, cleanliness, and culinary excellence.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead all kitchen operations, ensuring smooth execution of service, prep, and cleaning procedures
  • Train, develop, and inspire back-of-house team members through daily coaching and mentorship
  • Collaborate on menu development, cost control, and seasonal offerings
  • Conduct regular line checks and uphold food safety standards
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships
