Frito-Lay North America is a Plano, Texas-based industry leader in the "snack food" market, producing iconic brands like Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, and Tostitos. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of PepsiCo since 1965, it operates over 30 manufacturing facilities and employs 60,000+ people.


Merchandisers are critical to our success at FritoLay! Merchandisers are responsible for merchandising FritoLay’s complete line of products including Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos & many more in stores including supermarkets and large grocery stores. Although you will start out as a Merchandiser for FritoLay, we are investing in helping you grow with us. This job can open the door to career opportunities with us or our parent company, PepsiCo.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive your personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to a variety of store locations
  • Retrieve FritoLay products and merchandise the product throughout the store
  • Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives
  • Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (You will have the opportunity to attain different work schedules with time!)
  • Leverage a company issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity


Requirements:

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance
  • Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
