Job Description

"The HIPP/IPPA Customer Service Representative (CSR) will take inbound calls from clients and potential clients on a daily basis. In addition other function duties will be required including check processing and insurance examination. The CSR will also perform other duties as assigned.


Take inbound calls from clients

Function based processes

Accurately enter case notes into PIER database

Maintain quality score of 97 or better

Special research

Perform other duties as assigned

Observe professional standards of conduct, including attendance, professional behavior, and dress code.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment is a must.
