This is a convenience store/gas station position.

Current priority hiring for Gordonsville location: 1st and 3rd Shifts

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position offers opportunities for Full Time, Part Time, or Temporary employment. We are currently hiring for 1st and 3rd Shifts at our location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and sales, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in multitasking.

Job Duties included, but not limited to:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and processing transactions.
  • Utilize phone etiquette to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
  • Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate.
  • Follow Health and Safety procedures while cooking in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, bending repeatedly, and standing for long hours.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a fast-paced work environment is maintained.
  • Visual ability to check identification for age restricted sales and process credit cards using the register and company procedures.
  • Keep the store clean and orderly in between customers and cooking.
  • Check in and stock new inventory coming into the store following company procedures.
  • Able to report to work on time and ready to work the scheduled shift.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
  • Ability to analyze situations and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Upselling skills to promote additional products or services.
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, due to handling of alcohol and tobacco products.
