Patient Care Coordinator I - Eye Contact Madison West

Join Our Team as a Patient Care Coordinator @ Eye Contact Madison West, located at 7428 Mineral Point Rd, Madison, WI 53717

At Eye Contact, our Mission is to Save Eyes & Spark Joy! We’re looking for a warm, organized, and patient-focused individual to be the heartbeat of our front desk. 

As aPatient Care Coordinator, you’ll be the first smile patients see and the friendly voice they hear. You’ll help create a seamless experience from check-in to check-out, making every visit feel personal and stress-free. 

Competitive & guaranteed hourly rate + benefits + being a part of an amazing environment!

Pay & Schedule:

  • $18-22/hour
  • Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm (with flexibility to go to Eye Contact Madison Isthmus location too)

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Be the welcoming voice on the phone, helping patients with scheduling and questions 
  • Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth 
  • Keep things running smoothly with efficient front desk operations 
  • Support patient flow with strong multitasking and time management skills 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • 1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare or optical experience is a bonus!)
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor 
  • Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new systems 
  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills
