Job Title: Guest Services Agent

Location: Delta Hotels Woodbridge Iselin, NJ

Reports To: Manager, Front Office

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Work Type: On-Site, In-Person Position

Employment Type: Full-Time; Union Position

Company: Rebel Hotel Company

Position Summary: The Guest Services Agent provides friendly, efficient service throughout the Guest stay, including check-in, check-out, guest requests, billing, and other Front Office functions. The Agent works closely with hotel departments to ensure a seamless Guest experience while maintaining hotel, brand, company, and union standards. This is a union position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet Guests and provide professional, friendly service throughout their stay.
  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond to Guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Process payments, room charges, and Guest accounts in accordance with hotel procedures.
  • Maintain accurate Guest information and Front Office records.
  • Communicate Guest needs and requests to the appropriate hotel departments.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, dining, and local attractions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional Front Desk and lobby area.
  • Follow all hotel, brand, company, safety, security, and applicable union procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of Guest information and hotel records.

Required Skills, Experience and Knowledge:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous hotel or Guest Services experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer and cash-handling skills.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
