About the role
As a CHB Delivery Manager, you will oversee all aspects of customs brokerage operations for your team and client portfolio, ensuring consistent, compliant, and high-quality service delivery. You will lead a team of CHB professionals, build strong customer relationships, and translate strategic objectives into operational execution. This role requires a strong leader who can balance customer expectations, team performance, and operational efficiency while maintaining full regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of CHB professionals, driving performance, engagement, and capability building
  • Oversee end-to-end customs brokerage operations, ensuring timely, compliant, and high-quality service delivery
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including participation in business and quarterly reviews
  • Monitor service performance through KPIs, quality metrics, and productivity targets, ensuring consistent results
  • Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve operational or customer issues
  • Optimize resource allocation, capacity planning, and workload distribution across teams
  • Ensure financial accuracy, cost control, and productivity improvements without compromising service quality
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, compliance, and operations teams to support customer needs and business growth.

What We Are Looking For:
Service delivery ownership & leadership: we are looking for someone who takes full ownership of customs brokerage operations, driving team performance, service quality, and consistent delivery against customer expectations and KPIs
  • 6-8 years of experience in customs brokerage or logistics, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
  • Valid Customs House Broker (CHB) License required
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. import regulations, compliance, and brokerage operations
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage, coach, and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced operational environment

In this role, you will directly influence customer satisfaction, account retention, and operational performance. You will drive service excellence, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and lead productivity and cost optimization initiatives while building a strong, engaged team.

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000*
*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
