Customer Experience Specialist

Location: Remote (Preference given to Michigan-based candidates)

Schedule: Must be flexible to work within operating hours, including evenings and weekends

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone, chat, and email channels
  • Handle a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
  • Serve as a product knowledge resource for current and future vehicle offerings and related services
  • Answer customer questions regarding vehicle features, specifications, reservations, orders, dealerships, service, charging options, and recalls
  • Take ownership of customer concerns and follow through to resolution
  • Document customer interactions accurately within internal systems
  • Schedule appointments and assist customers with next steps when needed
  • Recommend solutions that improve the overall customer experience
  • Identify customer needs and tailor communication accordingly

Scheduling Requirements

Candidates must be available to work within the organization's operating hours, which include:

  • Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM EST
  • Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST

Schedules may vary based on business needs, and shift assignments can change periodically.
