In this role, you will engage with customers through live chat, answer inquiries about grooming services, and schedule appointments for salon locations.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist clients with booking haircuts, beard trims, facials, and other grooming services
- Manage appointment scheduling and updates across salon locations
- Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and membership programs
- Follow up with leads to increase bookings and customer engagement

Requirements
