About the Role: About the Role

Are you someone who knows how to turn a design into a beautiful, working email using HTML and CSS?

We are looking for an Email Developer to join our team and bring email campaigns to life. You’ll work with designers, strategists, and marketing teams to build emails that look great, work properly, and display correctly across Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, mobile devices, and other email platforms.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys coding, problem-solving, and making sure every detail looks right.

What You'll Do
  • Build responsive email templates using HTML and CSS
  • Turn email designs into fully functional email campaigns
  • Make sure emails look great on desktop, tablet, and mobile
  • Test emails across platforms such as Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, and Yahoo
  • Troubleshoot formatting and rendering issues
  • Work closely with designers and marketing teams
  • Make sure emails match the original design and brand
  • Check emails for errors before they are sent to customersHelp improve email templates, processes, and workflow
  • Use AI tools when appropriate to improve efficiency and productivity
What We're Looking For Must Have
  • 2+ years of experience developing/coding emails
  • Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Experience building responsive emails
  • Understanding of how emails render differently across platforms
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to troubleshoot coding and formatting issues
  • Ability to take a design and turn it into a working email
  • Good communication and teamwork skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar email platforms
  • Experience with email testing or QA tools
  • Experience working with marketing or creative teams
  • Experience using AI tools for development and productivity
  • Degree or training in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field
