Shop Support Specialist - Warehouse & Fleet Support
LaVergne's Plumbing & Heating | Everson, WA$25-$30/hour DOE | Full-Time, Monday-Friday
LaVergne's Plumbing & Heating is seeking a Shop Support Specialist - Warehouse & Fleet Support to be the operational backbone of our shop and field teams. This role is critical to keeping our technicians productive, our inventory accurate, our shop clean, and our fleet ready to roll every day.

What You'll Do
This is a hands-on, detail-driven role based at our Everson shop. Your responsibilities will include:
Inventory & Shop Operations
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date shop and truck inventory
  • Receive, organize, label, and stock parts and materials
  • Prepare materials and equipment for upcoming jobs
  • Monitor inventory levels and proactively reorder supplies
  • Hold technicians accountable for truck stock levels and returns
  • Keep the shop, warehouse, and storage areas clean, organized, and professional at all times

Fleet & Equipment Support
  • Perform light fleet checks and oversight, including:
    • Monitoring oil, coolant, and other fluid levels
    • Checking and maintaining tire pressures
    • Reporting maintenance needs and coordinating service as needed
  • Assist with basic upkeep of tools, equipment, and shop assets
  • Familiarity with light equipment (such as small excavators or similar machinery) is a strong plus, though not required

Team Support
  • Anticipate needs before they become problems
  • Support technicians so they can stay focused on field work
  • Serve as a dependable point of coordination between the shop, trucks, and office
